Greater Norwich Five Year Infrastructure Investment Plan

The Five Year Infrastructure Investment Plan identifies the projects from the Greater Norwich Infrastructure Plan whose delivery is considered to be a priority for achieving the economic growth targets, as set out in the Joint Core Strategy and the Greater Norwich City Deal. These projects will all be considered for CIL funding, but only the current year’s projects (known as the Annual Growth Programme) have had their CIL funding confirmed.

The plan also includes:

  • Confirmation of CIL income received by the GNGB each year since 2014
  • Revised CIL income projections for the next five years,
  • Delivery updates from all CIL funded projects,
  • A full project list confirming how much CIL has been allocated by the GNGB and how much has been spent. (See Appendix B of the Plan)
  • Planned preparatory work for infrastructure schemes in future years.

The Draft Joint Five Year Infrastructure Investment Plan 24-29 can be accessed from the link below. An interactive data dashboard showing the GNGB's financial information is also available at the bottom of this page.
